DESCRIPTION

La Torre del Sasso is a magnificent stone house, built in the second half of the nineteenth century on a rocky spur above the village of Cireglio, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama extending over a large part of Tuscany.
This holiday house is arranged on three levels. On the ground floor, with direct access from the terrace and the pool area, you enter the living room with a fireplace, TV and a dining table for 8 people, the kitchen and the staircase leading to the upper floors. On the first floor there are a large double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there is a large suite with double bed, sitting area and desk. The sofa can be easily converted into a bed for two additional guests. This room has a private bathroom with shower. All bedrooms enjoy views over the lush greenery and the wonderful panorama of this location.

The property includes a large park with tall trees under which it will be nice to find respite in the hot Tuscan summers. A comfortable patio with a dining table will allow to eat outdoors, enjoying the beautiful view and the proximity of the pool. On one side of the building there is a large barbecue for outdoor cooking.
The above ground pool measures 5.5 x 2.5 meters. It is positioned so as to enjoy the longest exposure to the sun, virtually from morning until sunset. The parking area for cars is wide and made safe by a gate.

LOCATION
Il Sasso (the Stone) of Cireglio is a "magic" place, nestled in the lush greenery of the Pistoia's Apennines, a perfect setting to find tranquility and recover from the stress and difficulties of everyday life!

No neighbor will disturb your privacy. When you need the main services (grocery store, bar, pastry shop, restaurant, pharmacy) you can just go in the village of Cireglio, 5 minute drive (BE CAREFUL: the last part of the access road to the Tower is NOT paved, so we recommend not to use sport cars with lowered suspension).

In addition, it just takes 20 minutes to reach either the historic centre of Pistoia or the highway, to continue toward other art cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena, to the Versilia beaches and all other beautiful spots of the Tuscan countryside.
