The Pistoia Apennines

Visitors to this area can enjoy the very well preserved environment. It is a perfect destination for beautiful walks and it is full of trekking routes to enjoy on foot, on horseback or by mountain bike, it is rich of rivers for canoeing and fishing, it offers many opportunities for free climbing and for practicing all outdoor sports.

Moreover, in summer season the “Mountains of Pistoia” offer to their guests dozens of cultural and recreational events, such as music and folklore festivals, gastronomic fairs and medieval reenactments.

Last, but not least, our area is the most popular winter holiday destination in Central Italy, thanks to the many Alpine ski tracks (over 80 kms of slopes) and facilities for cross country ski (at 15 min. drive from our properties).
