We usually rent our villas on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Check In starts from 4.30pm, Check Out time ends at 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

Heating is included in the price during High, Mid and Low seasons. It is not included in the Winter Season rate, when it will be charged according on consumption. Both our properties have beautiful fireplaces in the main living room.

Linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for the swimming pool. You don't need to bring yours if you don't want to!

Yes, there is a TV with international channels in each room. Wide flat TV screens with satellite TV and DVD players are provided in common areas.
